All our training plans are fully customized, straight forward and effective, sporting a no BS attitude and a hands on, personalized approach based on your needs, goals, athletic history, ability level, life, schedule, etc - No one size fits all around here. All training plans are delivered weekly, adjusted and modified as needed based on your feedback, our observations and power/HR files (if applicable).

Having been involved in competitive endurance sports since the early 90's, Noa has seen a lot of trends come and go.
Plans are based on a mix of high level coaching education (sport coaching degree) and extensive experience (personal and working with others). Noa knows how to keep plans engaging, easy to follow and highly effective for both short term and long term gains in performance and health

You will have regular e-mail and phone contact with Noa to make any adjustment necessary to your program, make sure your training progresses in the desired direction and advice regarding all aspects of your training and performance will be provided. In addition, training adaptation and recovery status will be monitored closely.
Your coach is your 'go to' source for all your questions and will work with other health care professionals as needed to help you achieve your goals.

If there is availability, we can get started when you wish! We ask for 12 weeks minimum commitment, as progress takes time
We currently have 3 spots for either cycling or triathlon coaching (as of December 2024). Fill in the questionnaire below
Triathlon - $325 + GST /month
Cycling - $300 + GST / month
Set up (one time) - $100 + GST
