12 week package includes:

  • 1 x 60-70 min initial consultation to asses lifestyle, training, events/goals, for dietary analysis and baseline planning
  • 2 x 45 min follow-up consultations to track progress
  • Free ​Hexis​ account that is linked to your Training Peaks account. It is also used as a tool to implement your plan and for quick support and communication weekly, in between appointments

Appointments are online, so there no location barriers, but we are happy to meet you in person if you're a Vancouver  local

One payment - $525  + GST OR Three payments - $189 + GST each
